James Glen Pty Ltd. began as a Sydney based private company specialising in stainless steel fasteners in 1964 at premises situated in Sussex Street, City. After successive relocations into new premises on Sussex Street and as the company continued to develop, it subsequently out grew its surrounds and moved from Sussex Street to Tempe, then to Alexandria and eventually to it's current location in Lidcombe where our upgraded offices and modern warehousing and distribution facilities offer efficient supply chain functions that ensures effective delivery of product to our customers.
James Glen has grown consistently from it's inception and has subsequently established branches in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, New Zealand and has offices located in China. The Head Office is based in New South Wales, while we service Tasmania and South Australia via our Victorian branch.
With excellence in service and quality as trademarks, James Glen has established itself as the market-leading wholesaler of stainless steel fasteners within Australasia. With solid foundations in place as a result of developing strong business strategies for our core products we can successfully focus on our commitment of expanding our product ranges for the benefits of our customers, and to this end we are continually looking to exciting and innovative products that will keep us at the forefront of the industry and provide our valued customers with the products to meet their requirements.
As a continued part of our commitment for sustainability and growth, James Glen has also implemented internal design and brand support for customers, if required, as well as providing the traditional marketing support including full product catalogues for all ranges, point of sale promotional material, trade show displays and full technical support from a highly experienced sales force.
Our degree of expertise and experience in the fastener industry enables James Glen to assist our customers in a myriad of ways. As a member of the Australian Stainless Steel Development Association, ASSDA, we have access to and participate in a multitude of stainless steel associated topics and forums.
